Shrimps & Vegetables

  Ingredients
180g cooked frozen peeled shrimps
450g frozen vegetables ( mix of corn, carrots, peas, etc.)
lemon juice to taste
salt to taste
1 tablespoon safflower oil
1/2 cup of water
  Preparation
Mix all ingredients in sauce pan add water and cook until vegetables are ready.
