"Sesame Tofu"

    1 lb. Tofu (firm)
    3 Tb. Soy sauce
    1/3 c. Green onion (sliced)
1 Tb. Sesame seed (toasted)
1 tsp. Sesame seed oil
1/4 c. Almonds (ground)

Cut tofu into 1/4 inch thick cubes. Mix soy sauce, onion, sesame seed, oil, and almonds into small bowl. In a dish, put cubed tofu and mixed sauce on top of tofu. Cook in microwave for about 4 to 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
