Beef Stew

Ingredients
200g Beef (without fat)
2 ripe tomatoes (Italian canned tomatoes)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 green pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
80 g tomato sauce
1 beef bouillon cube
1 carrot
1/2cup sliced potato
1 or 1 1/2 cups water
(try to add garlic, spices you like and mushrooms)
Preparation
Chop and combine all ingredients and cook in a slow for around 7 hours until done (add more water if needed while cooking).
