Japanese Diet

 As in other diets, some restrictions apply. You are prohibited to eat: salt, sugar, cookies and pastry, sweets, to drink alcohol beverages. But you may drink a lot of water boiled or mineral. You are to keep to each item of the diet not changing the dishes and their coherence because only in such an order the diet assists the normalization of the metabolism.
1-st day
Breakfast: black coffee
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, salad: fresh cabbage with vegetable oil, 1 glass of tomato juice or 1 tomato
Dinner: boiled fish, salad: fresh cabbage with vegetable oil 
2-d day
Breakfast: black coffee, slice of dry bread
Lunch: boiled fish, salad: fresh cabbage & vegetable oil
Dinner: boiled beef 200 g, 1 glass of none fat plain yogurt ( low fat laban)  
3-d day
Breakfast: black coffee
Lunch: 1 fresh egg, 3 big boiled carrots with vegetable oil, 150 g cheese
Dinner: apples
4-d day
Breakfast: black coffee
Lunch: 1 big root of parsley fried on vegetable oil, apples
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 200 g of boiled beef, salad: fresh cabbage with vegetable oil
5-th day
Breakfast: 1 gated carrot seasoned with lemon juice ( to the taste) 
Lunch: 500 g of boiled fish, 1 glass of tomato juice ( or 1 tomato) 
Dinner: fish boiled, salad: fresh cabbage with vegetable oil
6-th day
Breakfast: black coffee 
Lunch: 500 g of boiled chicken, salad: cabbage or carrot 
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, salad: grated carrot with vegetable oil
7-th day
Breakfast: tea 
Lunch: 200 g of boiled beef, fruits 
Dinner: the same as in any other days except 3-d day
From the 8th to 13th day you should repeat the diet. After the loss of 7-8 kilograms you may eat quite normal food for 2-3 years.
