Hollywood Diet

1-st day
Lunch : 1 egg, 1 tomato, coffee
Dinner: 1 egg, lettuce, 1 grapefruit 
2-d day
Lunch: 1 egg, coffee, grapefruit 
Dinner: beef cooked on a lattice without oil, cucumber, black coffee
3-d day
Lunch: 1 egg, 1 tomato, spinach stew
Dinner: veal carry (oil free) cooked on a lattice, cucumber, black coffee
4-d day
Lunch: lettuce, coffee, 1 grapefruit
Dinner: 1 egg, low fat cottage cheese, spinach stew, tea
5-th day
Lunch: 1 egg, spinach stew, coffee
Dinner: barbequed low fat fish, lettuce, coffee or mint tea
6-th day
Lunch: fruit salad: apples, oranges, grapefruits
Dinner: beef, boiled or barbeque, cucumber, tea
7-th day
Lunch: vegetable soup, chicken (breast) boiled or barbequed, tea,
1 orange
Dinner: fruit salad
The diet should continue 18 days. You may not have breakfast at all, or just drink tea without sugar but with half a grapefruit.
